VestWiz is built by Zedd Labs LLC, an independent software studio in Sacramento, California.
Vincent Munoz
Vincent spent 12 years working in equity compensation — implementing equity management systems and data integrations, most recently as a Sr. Consultant at Certent (insightsoftware).
Along the way, he saw the same expensive pattern repeat: employees holding RSUs, ISOs, and ESPP shares making tax mistakes — withholding gaps, AMT surprises, missed estimated payments — with no simple tool to plan around them. So he built VestWiz to close that gap.
Our mission
VestWiz exists to give every equity-comp holder the tax clarity that used to require an expensive advisor — simple tools to plan around vest events, avoid surprise tax bills, and keep more of what they’ve earned.
Equity compensation shouldn’t be a tax trap for the people who earned it. Whether it’s your first RSU vest or your tenth ISO exercise, you deserve to see the tax bill coming — and have a plan for it.
