Refund Policy

14-day refund

VestWiz Pro is $199/year, billed annually through Stripe. If you buy Pro and change your mind, you get a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked. The refund is $199 minus Stripe's processing fee (currently 2.9% + 30¢, about $6.07), since Stripe doesn't return that fee to us. Just email support@vestwiz.app.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, refunds are not available. You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard, and you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Wrong-looking charges

If a charge looks wrong — a duplicate, an unexpected renewal, anything odd — email support@vestwiz.app before filing a chargeback. We'll sort it out faster that way, and it avoids unnecessary fees on both sides.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. (Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show the credit.)
